Job Description

Duties:

IT Data Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining a master data architecture and management strategy to include data intake, data transformation, database management, metadata management, business semantics, data modeling and the delivery of data access and analytics tools to the end user communities. Additionally, this role will assist in the selection and use of various Enterprise Data Warehouse and data management technologies and be a key participant in data planning and data governance activities. The IT Data Architect will provide an end-to-end vision for the capture, aggregation, integration and use of data across the enterprise. Other duties as assigned.

Candidates must have director-level experience.

Skills:

A minimum of 10 years of experience as a data architect in a healthcare delivery organization is required. Experience in Data architecture, data management, data planning and design, data migration, data governance and standards, enterprise data warehouse design, and data management and business intelligence technologies is required. Demonstrated Communication – verbal and written. Data modeling and data architecture. Data standards in healthcare. Enterprise Data Warehouse design and technology options. Data migration. Business Intelligence tools. Teamwork/collaboration.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required. 
Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
