Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Online Technical Demo Specialist/ SaaS Sales Consultant to join our Business Development Team (British Accent Preferred). Prior experience of living/ working in USA/ UK/ Canada markets is Plus.  

This is your chance to demonstrate the product and the value of next-generation of SaaS ATS/ CRM Cloud solutions. It's online, over the web presentations through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, you will analyze an organization's current business needs; then develop and present ATS/ CRM Cloud solution to deliver unprecedented value. In this highly visible key sales role, your duties include finding and closing new accounts. A Hunter sales mentality is critical, but you are expected to build and develop the new accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable delivering software demos via WebX or similar software. This is not just a relationship management role. You should want, above all, to sell with your superior presentation and communications skills. Our comp program consists of base salary, commissions and bonus.


Responsibilities include:

  • Learn all product features in detail
  • Participate in requirements capture & analysis
  • Learn technical material being created in our market
  • Learn common customer workflows and use cases of our products
  • Help create education material including blogs, whitepapers,
  •  articles, webinars, videos, comparison docs, benchmarks etc.
  • Help deliver webinars and customer demos
  • Help analyze customer requirements for use of our products
  • Help create templates & examples of docs/material for customers
  • Interacting directly with sophisticated customers to answer their questions via demos, emails, phone, and chat
  •  Sharing our SaaS products best practices to set strategy, capture ideas, prioritize work, and create visual roadmaps
  • Ensuring customers are successful in their trial and signup
  • Develop incoming leads and referrals through the full cycle of the sales process
  • Conduct online demonstrations of our software
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers
  • Lead discovery of customers’ needs to better tailor the demonstration
  • Prepare custom demo models for more complex requirements
  • Position and sell the value of the ATS/ CRM platform
  • Stay up-to-date and provide feedback on feature designs, product roadmap and development progress for areas of product responsibility
  • Continuous learning and grow your knowledge of the product
  • Deliver presentations in seminars, and webinars
  • Contribute value to data guides, scripts, and other documentation for team benefit
  • Maintain key relationships post-sales


Your experience should also include:

  • 10-15 years of overall technology marketing and biz dev experience
  • IT + business degrees (BSCS + MBA IT) or equivalent required
  • Successful track record of growing business through digital marketing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and create structured marketing processes.
  • Be tech-savvy, Excellent written & verbal English required (British Accent Preferred)
  • 5 or more years of domain experience (Online Technical Demos, SaaS Sales)
  • Prior experience doing product demos and sales to USA/ UK/ Canada is MUST have.
  • Loves to showcase advanced technology to sophisticated customers
  • Experience with SaaS HR/ CRM/ ATS Cloud or similar SaaS solution is plus 
  • Presentation, communication, and influencing skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong team player. Proven ability to develop executive-level messaging / demonstrations for maximum impact
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a distributed teams
